A licence shall be issued for sale by wholesale or for distribution from a motor vehicle of drugs other than those specified in Schedule and Schedule C(1) in Form 20BB and of drugs specified in Schedule C and Schedule C(1) in Form 21BB : Provided that such a licence shall not be required in a case where a public carrier or a hired vehicle is used for transportation or distribution of drug.
