Such appeal shall be preferred within three months from the date of the Council's decision.

Limiting of jurisdiction of Civil Courts Limiting of jurisdiction of Civil Courts.-No act done in the exercise of any power conferred by this Act on the Government or the Council or the Registrar shall be questioned in any Civil Court.
