Officers and Servants of the Council

Chief Ehecutnre Ol'ficer.--(l),The D,eputy Commissioner of the district shall be the Chief Eseculive Oficer of the Council.

1. (2) The Chief Executive Oflicer sl~all have tlie right to be present at the meeting of tlie Council, the Esecutive Coiu~cil and take part in the proceedings of such ~lieetings but shall not have tlie right to vote.
2. (3) All e~iiployees of the Council shall be subordinate to the Chief Executive Oficer.
