Repeal and saving.—(1) From and on the date of commencement of this Act, the Primary Education Act, Samvat 1936 and the Jammu and Kashmir Private Educational Institutions (Regulation and Control) Act, 1967 shall stand repealed.

  1. (2) Subject to the provisions of sub-section
  2. (4) of section 12, the aforesaid repeal shall not affect the previous operation of the Acts so repealed.
