Delegation of powers

Delegation of powers.--The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification authorise any officer of authority subordinate to it to exercise any or all of the power except the power to make rules, exercisable by the Government under this Act.
