Power of Deputy Inspector General of Police to fix and revise the scale of charges.—The 2 [Deputy Inspector General] of Police, may, within their respective jurisdictions, by notification in the Jammu and Kashmir Government Gazette, fix or from time to time revise the scale of charges for impounded cattle for the purposes of this Act.
