Financial Advisor.

1[22A. Financial Advisor. ––(1) The Administrative Secretary, Finance Department, or any officer nominated by the Government of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir shall be the ex officio Financial Advisor to the Board.

1. (2) The Financial Advisor shall be an ex-officio member of the Board and its Finance Committee.
2. (3) The Financial Advisor shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and regulations made under this Act.]
