Officers of the Board.

Statutory text
Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the following shall be the officers of the Board, namely :––
- (1) the Chairman ;
- (2) the Secretary to the Board ;
- (3) the Joint Secretaries to the Board ;
- (4) such other officers as may be declared by regulations to be the officers of the Board.
