Statutory text
- (1) The Chairman shall be whole-time paid officer of the Board and he will be appointed by the Government for such term as the Government may determine : Provided that the person acting a Chairman of the Board immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall continue to act as such till the appointment of a Chairman under this section is made by the Government.
- (2) The Chairman shall receive such salary not exceeding Rs. 2,500 P. M. and such other facilities as the Government may determine.
