Power to issue instructions

Power to issue instructions.-The Revenue Minister may, for the guidance of the revenue officers, from time to time, issue executive instructions relating to all matters to which the provisions of this Act apply, provided that such instructions shall be consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
