Regulations

Regulations.-(1) The authorities 1 of the University may make Regulations consistent with this Aci, the Statutes and the Ordinances- (a) laying down the procedure to 'be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to fonn a quorum ; (b) providing for all matters which by )this Act, these Statutes or the Ordinances an to be pres4ribed by Regulations ; (c) pmviding for all other matters bolelo concerning such authorities or committees appoin by them and not provided for by this Act, these Sta t? tes or the Ordinances. (2) Every authority of the University $haill make Regulations providing for the giving of notice to the mer@bers of such authority of the dates of meetings and of the busine$s to be considered at meetings and fbr the keeping of a rewrd \of the proceedings of meetings. (3) The Executive Council may direct the amendment, in such manner as it may specie, of any regulations &e under this Statate or the annulment of any such Regulation.
