(3) The Executive Council shall not have power to ad any dnR pmpmed by the Academic Council under clause (2) but may reject the proposal or return the draft to the Academic Council for reoo~~~i&ation, either in whole or in part, together with any which the Executive Council may suggest. (4) Where the Executive Coullcil has rejd the dnR of an proposed by the Ac c\Cowik the Academic Council may, within two months of the date of such r 'ection, appeal to Council and the Council may, by order, direct that, ": the proposed Ordinance shall be laid before the next meeting of tH,e Executive Council fbr its approval and that pending such approval,/ it shall have effect from such date as may be specified in the or&. (5) All Ordinances made by the Exekutive Council shall be submitted as soon as may be to the Counbil for approval.
