Powers of entry and inspection

Powers of entry and inspection. Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, an Inspector may enter upon and inspect any land, building or other place or any boat or vehicle for the purpose of exercising the powers and performing the duties conferred or imposed on him by or under this Act.
