Provided that, no appearance by or on behalf of the [Deputy Commissioner] shall be deemed necessary for the disposaI of the application.

Addition to section 85 of Tenancy Act In sub-section

1. (3) of section 85 of the Jammu and Rashmir Tenancy Act, 1980. the following words shall be added to clause
   • (c) of the first group of suits therein mentioned, namely :- "and suits relating to the rent to be paid under a mortgage made in accordance with form
   • (c) as prescribed by section 8 of Jammu and Rashmir Alienation of Land Act."
