Registration

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Registration Act, 1977 or in any rules made under section 69 of that Act—

1. (1) an instrument which contravenes any provision of this Act shall not be admitted to registration ;
2. (2) an instrument which records or gives effect to any transaction which requires the sanction of Deputy Commissioner shall not be admitted to registration until a certified copy of the order giving such sanction is produced before the officer empowered to register such instrument.
