Right of entry

(1) Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Act the Director or any authority established under this Act may enter into or upon, or cause to be entered into or upon, any land or building for the purpose of the preparation of plan or scheme under this Act for- (a) making any measurement or survey or taking levels of such land or buildings; (b) setting out or making boundaries and intended lines of development; (c) making such levels, boundaries and lines by placing marks and cutting trenches; (d) examining works under construction and ascertaining the course of sewers and drains; (e) ascertaining whether any land is being or has been developed in contravention of any provision of this Act or the rules or the regulations made there under:
