Review of regional plan

(1) The Director may on his own motion or if so required by the State Government, at any time after regional plan has come into operation, undertake the review and evaluation of the regional plan and make such modification in it as may be justified by the circumstances. (2) The foregoing provisions of this Chapter shall so far as they can be made applicable, apply to the modifications under sub-section (1) as these provisions apply in relation to the preparation, publication and approval of a regional plan.
