Amendment of section 3

In section 3 of the principal Act, for "full stop" occuring in the end, the "colon" shall be substituted and thereafter the following proviso shall be added:- " Provided that the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt any particular society or class of societies from the payment of registration fee."
