University to follow rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the University shall be bound to comply with all the rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies and shall provide all such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them for the discharge of their functions and performance of their duties.
