State Single Window Nodal Officer (SWNO)

The Director of Industries will be the State Single Window Nodal Officer. The Government may also appoint any other officer(s), not below the rank of Deputy Director, to assist the State Single Window Nodal Officer for discharging the functions as specified in this Act. The State Single Window Nodal Officer and other officers appointed under this section shall undertake the investment promotional activities and render necessary guidance and assistance to the entrepreneurs to set up industrial undertakings in the State.
