Timelines for granting clearances.

(1) All new proposals or proposals for expansion of the existing industrial undertakings which need clearances under one or more of the applicable laws, will be eligible for facilitation under this Act. (2) For all clearances, the Departmental Nodal Officer will process such e-applications, as and when, received by him, within the timeline as may be prescribed.
