Government from time to time.

Power to call repayment before agreed period.- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any agreement, the Corporation may, by notice in writing, require any debtor to discharge forthwith in full his liabilities to the Corporation-

1. (a) if it appears to the Board that any false or misleading information or particular was given in the application for loan/margin money;

1. (b) if the debtor has failed to comply with any of the terms of the agreement entered into by him with the Corporation;
2. (c) if there is a reasonable apprehension that the debtor is unable to pay the money due from him; or
3. (d) if for any other reason it is necessary to do so to protect the interest of the Corporation.
