Corporation to maintain

1. (a) Development and Finance Fund;
2. (b) Guarantee Fund;
3. (c) Bad Debts Fund;
4. (d) Relief and Common Good Fund;
5. (e) Grant-in-aid and Subsidies Fund; 3[***]
