Easement not to be disturbed

No person interested in any property requisitioned or acquired under this Act, shall, without the previous written consent of the competent authority or except for the purpose of affecting repairs or complying with municipal requirement, willfully disturb any convenience or easement attached to such property or remove, destroy or render un-serviceable anything provided for permanent use therewith or discontinue or cause to be discontinued any supply or service provided for the property.
