Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1972.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Himachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of the commencement of this Act.
