Limitation

Statutory text
No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Chapter after the expiry of the period of limitation provided for in section 468 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, and for the purpose of computation of the limitation, provisions of Chapter XXXVI of the Code shall apply.
