Statutory text
- (1) Subject to the provisions of the Act and the Statutes, the existing experimental stations, sub-stations of the Solan Agricultural Complex of Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishva Vidyalaya shall form part of the University incorporated under this Act. The University may institute/start new experimental stations, sub-stations and/or expand or give up the existing ones.
- (2) The Government may transfer to the University experimental stations and research schemes of the related departments from such date as the Government may by notification specify.
