Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Solan Act, 1985.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of December, 1985.
