Settlement of difference of opinion in Commission
The Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1925In case of difference of opinion between the members of the Commission the opinion of the majority shall prevail: provided that, if only two members are present of whom one is the president and if they are not in agreement, the opinion of the president shall prevail; and if the president is not present, and the two remaining members are not agreed, the question in dispute shall be kept pending until the next meeting of the Commission at which the president is present, and the opinion of the majority or of the president when only two members are present shall be deemed to be the opinion of the Commission.
