Special provisions regarding the assets and liabilities of Interim Gurdwara Board, Patiala

E. As from the commencement of the Amending Act,-

1. (a) all lands and buildings (together with all interests of whatsoever nature or kind therein) belonging to or owned by the Interim Gurdwara Board, Patiala, immediately before such commencement shall pass to and vest in the Board;
2. (b) all assets including stores, articles, and movable properties belonging to the Interim Gurdwara Board, Patiala, immediately before such commencement and utilized for or in connection with the Interim Gurdwara Board, Patiala, shall pass to and vest in the Board;
3. (c) all debts, obligations and liabilities incurred, all contracts entered into and all matters and things engaged to be done by, with or for the Interim Gurdwara Board, Patiala, immediately before such commencement, shall be deemed to have been incurred, entered into, engaged to be done by, with or for the Board;
4. (d) all rents and other sums of money due to the Interim Gurdwara Board, Patiala, immediately before such commencement shall be deemed to be due to the Board;
5. (e) all suits, prosecutions and other legal proceedings instituted or which might have been instituted by or against the Interim Gurdwara Board, Patiala, immediately before such commencement may be continued or instituted by or against the Board.
