Amendment of section 22 of PEPSU Act 13 of 1955

6. After sub-section

1. (3) of section 22 of the principal Act, the following sub-section shall be added, namely:- “(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1),
2. (2) and (3), if the tenant is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (Central Act 18 of 2013), it shall not be entitled to acquire from its landowner in respect of the land comprising its tenancy, the proprietary rights under this section.”.
