Insertion of section 15-A in PEPSU Act 13 of 1955

3. After section 15 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:- “15-A. Provisions of section 15 not to apply to tenancy for a fixed term.- The provisions of section 15 shall not be applicable where the tenancy is for a fixed term supported by a registered agreement entered into by the landowner and the tenant and such term has expired.”.
