This Act may be called the PEPSU Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2017.

Amendment of section 7 of PEPSU Act 13 of 1955 2. In clause

1. (f) of sub-section

1. (1) of section 7 of the PEPSU Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1955 (hereinafter called the principal Act),-
   • (i) for the sign “.” existing at the end, the sign and word “; or” shall be substituted; and
   • (ii) after clause (f), the following clause shall be added, namely:- “(g) that the tenancy is for a fixed term supported by a registered agreement entered into by the landowner and the tenant and such term has expired.”.
