Teaching of University

All teaching and training in the University shall be conducted by and in the name of the University, in accordance with the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made in this behalf. The Librarian shall be whole time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendations of the Establishment Committee, on such lerms'and conditions, as may be prescribed by the Eeecutive Council.
