Certain disputes to be referred to Chancellor

If any question arises whether any person has been duly elected or appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final. The University shall provide for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other employees, gratuity, ex-gratia grant etc. on the pattern of the Government.
