For clause
- (b) of section 8 of the Haryana Shree Mata Bhimeshwari Devi Mandir (Ashram), Beri Shrine Act, 2022, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- “(b) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;”.
