Alienation of movable and immovable property

Both moveable and immovable properties including jewellery, ornaments which have once been adorned on the idols or other valuable property of non-perishable nature forming part of the Shrine fund shall be transferred, exchanged, sold or disposed of with the previous sanction of the Government on the recommendations of the Board.
