Right to lessee for relief in case of natural calamity

In case of damage to the standing crop due to natural calamity or otherwise and where compensation or relief for such damage is provided weather under a crop insurance or any other scheme of the Central or State Government, the lessee shall have the right to receive compensation or relief for such damage during the period of lease.
