Statutory text
- (1) The Assistant Collector 1st Grade and Collector shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute between the lessee and lessor with reference to the leased land and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement and the provisions of this Act.
- (2) No civil court shall exercise jurisdiction over any matter in relation to or concerning the lease agreement made under the provisions of this Act.
