Reinstatement of lessor

On expiry of period of the lease agreement or its termination, if the lessee does not vacate and deliver the possession of the land under the leased agreement, then on an application by the lessor, the Assistant Collector 1st Grade shall issue a show cause notice to the lessee, requiring him to deliver the possession of such land to the lessor within fifteen days failing which the Assistant Collector 1st Grade shall employ reasonable force as he deems fit to secure actual possession and reinstate possession of the lessor over such land.
