Statutory text

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shaII lie against the Chief Administrator, E~I ate Officer, or my other person acting under their direction in respecr of any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules, directions or ordcrs made thereunder.
(2) No suit or olher legal proceeding shall lie against the State Govenment, Chief Administrator, &rate Officer or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules, directions or orders made thereunder.
