Power of entry on industrial plots or factory buildings

The State Government may authorised my person after giving twenty-four hours' nolice to the occupier or if there be no occupier to the owner of any indusbial plot or factory buiIding, at any time between sunrise and sunset-

1. (o) to enter upon and to survey, and to take levels or measurements- of any industrial plot or factory building ;
2. (h) to enter into any factory building or on any industrial plot for thc purpose of examining works under construction or of ascertaining the course of sewers or drains ; or
3. (c) to enter into any factory building or on any land for the purpose of ascertaining whethcr any fqctory building is being or has ken erccted or re-erected without sanction or in contravention of any sanction-given under this Act or the rules made thereunder and,to rake such measurements and do any other such ads as may be deemed necessary for such purposcs.
