Auxiliary Fire and Emergency Service

Whenever it appears to the Government that it is necessary to augment the Fire and Emergency Services, it may raise an auxiliary Fire and Emergency Service by enrolment of volunteers for such area and on such terms and conditions, as it may deem fit.
