There shall be Fire and Emergency Services for the State of Haryana consisting of officers and officials of the Fire and Emergency Services who shall be posted anywhere within the State: Provided that the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, declare any other service or disaster to be Fire and Emergency Service.
