Compensation to member of Fire and Emergency Services

If the member of the Fire and Emergency Services become permanently disabled or dies during discharging the fire fighting and rescue operation duties, the Government shall pay adequate compensation to such member or to the next of kin of deceased, as the case may be as specified by the Government, by notification in the Official Gazette.
