Duty of local bodies to assist.

(1) All local bodies shall render such help and assistance and furnish such information to the Board and shall make available for the inspection and examination of (and if necessary, preparation of copies from) such records, maps, plans, and other documents as the Board may require to perform and discharge its duties and functions under this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1) every local body shall on demand make available to the Board on payment of reasonable (d) any other fees and charges to be paid to the Board for service to the consumers; (e) any other matter for which provision is to be or may be made by bye-laws.
