Right of owner or occupier to obtain sewer connection

The owner or occupier of any premises llhall be ·entitled to ··empty sewage of the premises into a sewer of the Board, provided that, before doing so, he- (a) obtains written petm.Jss1on of the Boa.rd a.nd pays, connootion fee and other ohargos in aooordance with the bye-laws; and (b) complies with such other conditions as may be provided hy the bye-laws.
