Tho Board may include in the cost of any scheme or work the execution or further exeoution whereof is undertaken llllder clauso (a) of section 14, supervision and cent.age charges at suoh rate, not e:xoood-ing suoh limit as may be proscribed, as it may determine under clauBC (e) of sub-section (2) of section 115.
