This Act sets up the Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences for teaching, research and training in organ transplantation and related sciences. It sets out the University's jurisdiction, objects and powers, and opens it to all. It establishes its officers, including the Pro-Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Deans, Registrar and Controller of Examinations, and authorities such as the Board of Governors.
