The Society shall review and monitor such actions taken by the Director General.

Indemnity No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against and no damage shall be claimed from the University, the President, the Director General, the Directors, the authorities or officers or employees of the University or any other person in respect of anything which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act or any regulations made thereunder.
